Aminata’s Group’s story
The group, created in December 2011, is composed of women living in the same village and its surrounding area, maintaining good relationships and having small business as their main activity.
Standing at the right of the photo, Aminata is married and the mother of 5 boys and 2 girls.
With the loan received, she has a small business with diverse merchandise. She stocks up at Kolda at the central market. She buys 3 boxes of tea, 2 bags of sugar, 2 bags of rice, 3 boxes of soap, and other diverse food products to resell in her village.
The profits are used to increase her savings for one part and the other to improve the living condition, especially food conditions, of her family.
