Graham Curme

Graham CurmeGraham is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Operatix, Managing company strategy and direction as well as taking responsibility for the growth of Operatix in North America and Europe.

Graham excels in working with management teams to formulate channel and direct sales strategy and execution plans that result in short and long-term revenue growth.

Graham started his career in sales 27 years ago and over that time has held senior sales, sales management and general management positions at companies such as ADP and McAfee before taking a position as Managing Director for Europe at Callidus Software Inc.

In 2001 Graham founded Optima Consulting Partners, a Sales and marketing consultancy specializing in working with technology companies in Europe. operations were established in London, Paris and Munich driving results for companies such as HP, McAfee, Symantec, IBM and a multitude of innovative start ups. Optima was sold to Rainmaker Systems Inc (Nasdaq: RMKR) in January 2010.

Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing
Aurelien Mottier

Aurelien MottierAurelien is the co-founder and Senior Vice President Sales and Operations at Operatix, overseeing growth of customer relationships and delivery of results for our customers.
Aurelien has an enviable track record of growing sales revenues beyond clients’ expectations, in the technology sector.
Aurelien secured degrees in both Electronic engineering and computer science as well, as Business Management in France. Aurelien started his career in marketing and product development at Philips, before moving to the UK to take up his position with the International team at Optima Consulting Partners.
He progressed through operations and Sales Management positions and, further to the Acquisition of Optima by Rainmaker Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: RMKR), became General Manager for EMEA, where he led the organisation to 300% revenue growth in an 18 month period and returned the geography back to profitability.

Robert Westell

Robert WestellRob has worked in sales and operations functions for over 9 years with various service-driven organizations. Rob’s expertise is in delivering business development and lead generation programs over and above customer expectations, helping clients overcome the challenge of producing qualified leads for the sales organization.
Following a 5-year career in the IT recruitment sector Rob moved into a business development and operations role at Rainmaker Systems. During his 30 month tenure he was the director responsible for building the worldwide inside sales operation for Microsoft cloud solutions. The team, in excess of 100 people, overachieved in delivering results for the Microsoft partner network.

Gretchen Gerlach

Gretchen GerlachGretchen Gerlach is the VP North American Sales and Channels at Operatix. In her role she is responsible for driving the company’s North American sales efforts with companies in the IT industry.
Gretchen has more than 25 years of successfully developing and executing global channel sales strategies, building market share, driving revenue growth and outperforming competition.
She is an expert in identifying and capturing market opportunities and overcoming business challenges that impede short and long-term revenue growth. Prior to joining Operatix, she held channel leadership positions with FalconStor Software, PGP Corporation, FrontRange Solutions and Symantec Corporation.
