Cordium Links captures, analyzes, transfers, and stores cardiac safety data for its target customers in the pharmaceutical and medical industries. Additionally, the Company maintains a partnership with Mortara Instrument, the industry’s leading cardiac monitoring technology manufacturer.
For the last six years he has been the General Manager of Spacelab’s Healthcare Clinical Trial Services, their CRO division, providing cardiac safety and diagnostic services globally where he substantially increased bookings and backlog year over year. Previously he was Director of Worldwide Field Operations at SCP Global Technologies where he significantly improved their overall profitability through operational improvements. He is a veteran of Abbott laboratories where he held a number of positions over fourteen years, culminating in being their Regional Service Manager where he handled large-scale customer negotiations and introduced many innovative service programs.
Dr. Abraham’s commitment to cardiac safety began at a GlaxoSmithKline / Duke University Clinical Research Fellowship, where he received the Resident Research Award and Most Outstanding Research Proposal Award. A practicing physician since 1979, Dr. Abraham completed a pulmonology residency (1979-1982) at KEM Hospital, Bombay, India, and a Psychiatry and Neurology residency (1997-2001) at Eastern Virginia Medical School. In 1994, Dr. Abraham served as a research assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Department of Biostatistics School of Public Health, where he studied cardiovascular diseases. Dr. Abraham also is a practicing MD and owns his own research business named www.medark.com (MedArk). Which both are still in business along with Cordium Links.
Dr. Randall has more than 15 years of experience in academic research and 10 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience in drug development, diagnostic product development, and central lab services, including EDC, IT vendor management, and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining Cordium Links, she functioned as Manager of Data Management Dept. for BD Diagnostics where she was responsible for overall coordination and management of clinical research data management project in conjunction with the clinical, regulatory, biostatistics, and R&D teams. With a thorough understanding of the drug development industry, from pre-clinical to post-marketing studies.
