mimoTREE is bridging the global talent shortage gap by enabling employers to have better reach to the perfect fit talent — even if they’re currently outside of the company’s country/region.
mimoTREE is a game-changing platform for companies who wish to:
How do we help employers attract the best employees?
Employers prefer direct referrals from trusted sources when looking to fill a position. Typically though, referrals only come from current employees at the company. mimoTREE has built a global community to expand this desired hiring process to include external sources as well.
But without the motivation of helping out your employer source better talent, why would people go out of their way to refer someone? That’s the real key to mimoTREE: we make referring financially rewarding.
As a member of mimoTREE, you get to refer your friend and acquaintances for great opportunities and be the positive changing force for employers. mimoTREE rewards this effort with financial compensation based on the accuracy and quality of your referrals.
mimoTREE is a strong advocate of rewarding ALL members who contribute to the greater success, thus we do not reward only one referrer who refers a successful candidate but:
Job candidates on mimoTREE reap the benefits of this rewarding referral system. Members who know that their effort is handsomely rewarded will go out of their way to find the most qualified and relevant people in their network and help them find jobs that maximize those skills. For job seekers, a referral on mimoTREE is more powerful than the best resume or most tailored cover letter.
mimoTREE significantly reduces the time needed to source and screen relevant candidates, as well as the cost in engaging expensive headhunters or executive search firms — mimoTREE can reduce the cost of hire by 50% – 75%!
We’ve helped employers save huge amounts of time and money so far. Meet two of them in the next section.
Quantum Storage in Singapore had been trying for a while to find good sales managers. They tried a number of different recruitment strategies but they still couldn’t find the right person for the job. The one thing they were unwilling to try, however, was hire an executive search firm due to the exorbitant costs involved. Once they heard about mimoTREE, they were so glad they didn’t waste that money. Quantum Storage successfully hired two sales managers through our members’ contacts at a fraction of the cost.
Infoblox needed to hire a Japan Sales Manager. They looked into executive search firms who quoted fees between 28% – 35% of the successful candidate’s annual income. Instead, they turned to mimoTREE and found the right candidate, saving them 50% of what they would have paid to the search firm.
mimoTREE officially went live in October 2015. Since then, we have signed up over 50 employers and over 1,000 referral members. Reputable companies that have signed up with us include GE, DHL, Lam Research, Dassault System, Samsung, Epson, International SOS, Quantum, Infoblox, Kramer Electronics, and more.
We listened to these first users and incorporated their feedback into version 2 of the platform which just launched in July 2016! We expect our user base to grow aggressively moving forward.
What makes the updated mimoTREE so great? It’s much more user-friendly and it includes translation abilities, further expanding our ability to cross all geographic borders and revolutionize the hiring process.
