Amitree has developed a workflow management tool which guides home buyers through the administrative maze, creating a curated experience, while allowing agents to manage the process in an automated and streamlined way. The main value proposition for agents is that the system functions like a self-powered CRM, as clients can enter an agent’s pipeline at various stages and move through the process from pre-contract to closing via a series of Amitree-generated commands and functions. The platform reduces homebuyers’ reliance on their agents to hold their hands as they navigate the many necessary steps prior to closing the home purchase, thereby improving overall agent productivity. Ultimately, by delivering real value to agents in the form of workflow automation, agents act as a scalable channel for onboarding homebuyers onto the platform. Once on the platform, Amitree creates value for consumers by generating a personalized timeline that greatly simplifies and streamlines the homebuying process in one centralized location.
