Bladeflex is a new patent pending device designed to help you restore and maintain your correct posture, improving your overall health.
The funds we are raising in this kickstarter campaign are to help us take this product to our last and final stage which is mold production. We took great care in determining who would be the mold manufacturer in this final leg of the project to ensure the funds are well invested and that the final product is the best that it can be. With the number of parts that need to be CNC machined for molding, reaching almost 10 components, the cost of making this family of molds is very expensive. We know that with these funds we will be getting this product to market in a very reasonable time frame and that all the manufacturers involved with the final product will have high standards. This will result in a top quality product. We have only accepted the best with our team and that has ensured us, through dozens of different prototypes and numerous methods for assembly, that we can meet our goal of creating a strong, lasting, supportive device.
With the money raised, we will also be refining the prototype with molding engineers to make sure that the overall look and feel is the best we can get during the molding process. These steps involve softening the edges and adding more defined radiuses to the entire device. Not only will this allow an easier molding process, but a more refined overall look.
Also, we will be continuing to pursue the registration of Bladeflex as a medical device in various countries ensuring we will be able to ship into the listed countries without any restrictions.

Some of the challenges that Bladeflex may encounter throughout the manufacturing process is getting all the necessary components required to make the brace in a timely manner. We are avoiding a possible lengthy release date by sourcing multiple suppliers for our various components and ensuring that they are all ready and available to get shipped as soon as possible; this way, we are not waiting on one single supplier to manufacture all of the components and potentially delay the shipping date. We want to get this product out to you in the fastest way possible.
Another challenge with the product is determining the most effective warranty solution that we will offer our customers so that they can enjoy the best possible product for years to come. Once the molds are completed and the final product is ready, there will be rigorous testing to determine the warranty and the overall sustainability of the product. We will stand by our product as one that will hold up to the extreme stresses put on it.
