Vulnerability Insight

Artificial Intelligence empowering cyber security

Designed to intelligently source vulnerabilities that can be exploited by cyber attackers, our platform is the first proactive approach to security and risk mitigation — a concern that every business owner or IT manager shares.

With Vulnerability Insight, businesses of all sizes and budgets can not only rest assured knowing vulnerabilities will be found before they can be exploited, but they can see which ones are being worked on in real time, providing a true risk assessment of their infrastructure.

Just established in November 2015, Vulnerability Insight has already launched an MVP and secured a Master Service Agreement with one of the largest internet service providers (ISP) in the country, Cable & Wireless Communications. As we continue to add more ISP users to the initial version of our platform, we are also working to add more features that are relevant to a variety of business verticals.

Every single company in the modern age needs visibility into their cyber security, but also the guidance and ability to take action when needed. That’s exactly what Vulnerability Insight provides. Read on to see how!

We created Vulnerability Insight to address three major issues in the world of corporate cyber security:

There are always hundreds or thousands of vulnerabilities in your infrastructure, but no way to prioritize them based on their business impact.

If you want to start solving some of the issues, it always requires interacting with several people or teams within each organization, and even third parties, but there is no way to manage and control that collaboration.

The truth is that most companies don’t even have the required knowledge in-house or the amount of people required to deal with all the vulnerabilities!

Why is this? Because even the most advanced security tools on the market are still focused on identifying risks, but do little to nothing in helping businesses actually mitigate them.

We created Vulnerability Insight to make effective risk management available to the world.

Our team has over 20 years of extensive real world experience as security administrators and business managers. We knew that in order to create meaningful results, we had to change the game.

See, while cyber criminals work continuously to uncover new vulnerabilities every day, most companies, regardless of size or budget, do not even have one resource dedicated to information security! The traditional approach of asking businesses to spend more money every year is a pointless race to try to keep up with attackers.

The only solution is to prevent threats from materializing in the first place by uncovering vulnerabilities before the bad guys. This would also provide companies with an accurate assessment of their risks in real time, allowing them to optimize their resources and focus on what is really critical at each moment.

Artificial Intelligence is at the core of our platform: it gives us the ability to adapt to each company and deliver actionable and accurate information, instead of passing on the problem for the client to figure it out.

Vulnerability Insight is a turnkey security solution for companies of all sizes.

Main features include:

By rethinking the traditional process, Vulnerability Insight achieves meaningful results for businesses like:

  • Less guesswork
  • More effective results
  • Higher productivity

Our platform has a number of unique advantages:

  • Vulnerability Insight prioritizes vulnerabilities throughout its artificial intelligence core by focusing on the business impact, according to the criticality of the business assets and their interaction with the business processes.
  • Our artificial intelligence core is learning over time and adapting dynamically to any changes in the infrastructure, thus making it truly customized to each customer’s unique business operation.
  • Vulnerability Insight engages in the full lifecycle of vulnerabilities, including managing them until their resolution.
  • Vulnerability Insight incorporates the human factor as part of its innovative process to intelligently guide IT and security teams in addressing the risks to their business.
  • Information assets are associated to team members, including company employees, third-party employees, and temporary contractors.
  • When Vulnerability Insight’s artificial intelligence core categorizes vulnerabilities and assigns them to specific teams to be treated, it follows up throughout the whole process by keeping traceability of each individual task.

Our just launched MVP is currently suited for ISPs, VARs (value added resellers), and resellers to provide vulnerability management services.

We signed our first regional agreement with Cable & Wireless (C&W, now a Liberty Global company) in July 2016 who will deliver the service to their clients in 27 countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Central America.

In order to achieve this important milestone, our product went through a very rigorous homologation process by C&W’s product engineering experts, which tested and approved the solution and is now being gradually implemented for more clients each week.

C&W has chosen to white label Vulnerability Insight to launch their own vulnerability management solution. That is, C&W is going to bundle Vulnerability Insight with their Dedicated Internet Access service for their Enterprise clients.

The existing agreement with C&W has the potential to reach more than 100,000 clients from their existing base, and we are actively working to replicate the same business model with other regional ISPs, VARs, and resellers.

Up Next
We are creating a platform that will continue to grow with applications that complement the core functionality, allowing us to expand into many more business verticals. The artificial intelligence backend will continue to grow supporting new applications such as:

The whole future strategy at Vulnerability Insight is centered around artificial intelligence. We are going to combine all of the best features of the various security platforms and centralize all of this information and tools into one key platform — our platform.
