ShareMeister, Inc. is a media system that converts consumer behavior into online and offline purchasing power. Once becoming a registered ShareMeister member, consumers earn shares (e.g. points) by engaging within the network. Ad revenue generated within the network is passed through to the member, thus, giving a dollar value to each share in members’ accounts. The shares can then be used to redeem digital commodities, products, and services online or at retail stores.

Advertisers generate a greater amount of online exposure and engagement at less cost for advertisers

Jonathan Hoeflinger

Raised in California, Mr. Hoeflinger was brought up in the entertainment business through family, who worked on professional and independent feature films, television pilots, and numerous commercials and documentaries.

In 2004, Mr. Hoeflinger began consulting for Stainless Reel Entertainment. In 2006, co-founded Inner Circle Entourage to develop and market entertainment and media assets. In late 2007, ShareMeister was conceived and in June 2008, the company was officially formed.

Mr. Hoeflinger graduated from Arkansas State University in May 2007 with a degree in Political Science. He also played football for the Red Wolves and traveled to Guatemala in his final semester to where he learned Spanish.

Marlon Henderson, Jr. is a 26 year-old businessman from Jonesboro, Arkansas. I His business career started at the age of 17 when he started a car detailing business. Less than a year later he started another business of network marketing. In 2001,Marlon attending Harding University, where he played basketball. He majored in marketing. In 2003 he started his modeling career. In 2003 he transferred to Arkansas State University where he majored in Political Science. In 2004 Marlon moved to Los Angeles,CA where he embarked an acting career. In 2007, Marlon Co-founded Inner Circle Entourage. In 2008 he co-founded ShareMeister Inc. where he today serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He and his beautiful bride Brenda have one daughter, Bentley Kaylyn Henderson.
