CUSTOMER PROBLEM
Doctors have always made a single identical assumption: We, as patients, will adhere to their care plan. But we fail too often. Because we are left alone navigating a complex process we fail taking our careplan to full completion. When that happens, our health decreases and most likely, our cost increases. When we extrapolate this problem to a national level, it becomes then a $760B opportunity for improvement.

TARGET MARKET
Payers and highly integrated healthcare providers that are in at-risk financial agreements with insurance companies, are our target market . In the US there are 806 Health insurers; 41,300 self-funded plans and 265MM people insured. There are 328 Health Systems, 850 IDS, and 8516 practices with more than 10 physicians. There’s also ancillary revenue streams in solutions like medication as a services and home health engagement .

CUSTOMERS
Target demographic is 35+ years old, employed, insured with a health or wellness need. 265MM people are health-insured in the US across 806 health plans and more than 40,000 employers funded plans. 47% of employers will be offering in 2014 high deductible plans as their main health benefit.

BUSINESS MODEL
Subscription based model for payers. Two sided model for providers in which access to platform is inexpensive, but there are variable cost associated with the enabling or implementation of certain products or services sold to the general public.
