Sountéré1 Group’s story
The Sountéré group just completed its second Kiva loan. All repayments were made on time.
Kadidia, the group’s representative, thanks the Kiva staff and lenders for their support. Thanks to her previous loan, she was able to buy sewing supplies such as threads of various colors, poplin for lining clothes, buttons, fasteners, scissors, and other goods necessary to her sewing activity. She generated a profit which allowed her to buy a few things for her family and, what is more important, she was able to increase her activity.
Kadidia has blossomed thanks to this support. However, she still needs loans to continue her sewing activity and to meet the needs of her customers.
In this group: Kadidia, Fanta, Djénéba, Fatmata, Elisabeth, Ardjata, Tenin, Korotimi, Kadidia
