Team

  • I founded my first company, Skyway enterprises, a construction company in Florida right out of high school. After a successful exit I got involved in industrial manufacturing as partner in AWFI, a consulting firm, and spent the next decade spreading the firms reach over twenty five states. I then co-founded C-CARE, an industrial training center representing over 6 million in investment.

    Chief Agility Officer

I found my tribe with HowFactory where I’ve served as their Certified Scrum Master during the ISA. I help the team deliver the most value possible, every day, and manage development and people with Agile principles and practices. I hold a MS from iSchool at the University of Illinois, a BA from Colorado College, and was trained in Agile methods by Agile for All.

  • I grew up in Iowa, but my work with the University of Northern Iowa and Kyoger has taken me to 48 states and 6 countries. While building Kyoger, I partnered with schools and manufactures to secure over $6M for projects such as the state-of-the-art Center for Coatings Application Research and Education (C-CARE). I was then asked to demo my vision for the future of work instructions. Before long, I knew this was going to be my future.
