I Just Got Stopped

Mobile App to enhance the interaction between law enforcement and civilians during traffic stops.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

“I Just Got Stopped” (IJGS Holdings, LLC), a new mobile app available on iPhone and Android, offers the average civilian a reliable way to ensure proper procedure is followed when stopped by the police. Developed by Dallas tech firm IJGS Holdings, LLC, the app was designed to enhance the interaction between law enforcement and civilians during traffic stops, while also providing civilians with useful information and tips on how to properly and safely conduct oneself when confronted by law enforcement officers.

“For most people, especially African-Americans and Hispanics, a routine police stop can be an unnerving experience,” says Tony Gauthier, CEO and Co-Founder of IJGS Holdings, LLC. “When a civilian is stopped both the civilian and the police have certain rights and responsibilities. Civilians are required to obey lawful orders, and the police must ensure that the tactics and methods they use are lawful. Failure to follow law enforcement’s instructions by civilians, or unreasonable use of force by the police is what often leads to innocent people getting hurt or in some cases killed. IJGS was designed to help hold both sides accountable with the intent of rebuilding trust and respect between the police and the community,” says Gauthier.

IJGS will audio and/or video record a user’s police encounter, and immediately notify up to 5 emergency contacts with GPS location. Should the stop take longer than expected, the app will automatically notify the user’s attorney with the last known location. All of this information is saved to the phone and immediately and securely uploaded to the cloud for later retrieval should the phone get confiscated or destroyed.

IJGS Holdings, LLC is raising $500,000 by offering 40 half member units for sale in exchange for up to 20% ownership in the LLC for $12,500 per half unit. Each full percentage point ownership in the LLC requires one (1) full member unit. Each half member unit is counted as ½ percentage ownership in the LLC. Each individual member in the LLC, regardless of number of units owned, carries one full vote unless otherwise stated in the Operating Agreement. Each member’s interest in the LLC cannot be involuntarily subject to dilution by member board resolution.

IJGS Holdings, LLC expects to make regular quarterly distributions and within 1 year to provide liquidity to the shareholder, to include initial investment, plus any additional percentage of company profits.

IJGS Holdings, LLC, publisher of the app, is based in Richardson, Texas. Visitwww.ijustgotstopped.com to learn more.
