Personal Story: I was born and raised in NYC but my roots are in South Carolina, where my mom was born and raised. I’ve lived here all my life and now it’s home to me and my family. I love my city, there is always something to do and sometimes too much to do. For that reason I’ve always called myself “the extroverted introvert”. It gives me a real sense of balance to have the characteristics of both in which all the turn up time is equal to some real healing downtime for myself. It’s probably the main reason the very idea of a massage was so alluring, tempting and absolutely required in my life. From my first experience of receiving a massage I’ve found it to be truly balancing and healthy for the body and mind. I found myself wanting to help others understand why massage is essential for life. This thought process was the start of my career. Since earning my diploma in Massage and Bodywork Therapy in 2008, I’ve had the pleasure of practicing my craft on over 350 persons and I absolutely love what I do. My experience in massage isn’t limited to the spa Industry. It includes servicing patients at pain management centers and participation at wellness organizations. Year after year, I remain highly passionate about the benefits of massage to ease muscle pain and tension, fight stress, calm the nerves, boost the immune system, improve circulation and remove toxins. It’s truly extraordinary how the body have a wonderful capacity to self-heal through massaging soft tissues that encourage blood flow which in turn helps the circulation of nutrients and create a healthier, better you. Combining my personable skills, my trained techniques along with the usage of quality products, I’ve successfully assisted many in the fulfillment of balance in their life. It’s very nurturing to my soul to express through my works the gift of healing through touch.
