EPICCenter, Exchange & Light
EPICCenter and exhange are multi-media contact center solution which run on a Windows server. The product has been OEM’d by large solution providers including 3Com and HP Corporations by integreting to their systems.The Product supports universal queuing and encourages a blended working environment. It is comprised of a group of complimentary software modules. The Products’ open architecture allows transparent information retrieval from business applications and/or external databases. EPICCenter allows management of all these capabilities through a single intuitive administration interface.

EasyRun professional services also offers a variety of fee based services to help customers optimize their contact center services and streamline their business processes. The partner usually provide level 1,2 support while we ofer level 3 and 4.
Chief Executive Officer
Daniel has over 12 years experience in the telecommunication industry. Prior to taking the position as CEO of EasyRun, Daniel served as the Executive Vice President of World Wide Sales for The Company. He has extensive experience in both direct and channel sales in the U.S. and EMEA and has been instrumental in developing major distribution and OEM relationships at EasyRun. Daniel is experienced and knowledgeable in a wide variety of communication technologies, including; telephony, data security, LAN/WAN environments, and operating systems. Prior to taking the position at EasyRun he developed and managed major telecommunication projects at BezeqCall, Bezeq International, and Telrad Connegy. Daniel joined EasyRun in 2008.
For over 30 years, Shewach has grown to be one of the most respected members of the Israeli business community where he considered a both visionary and hands on manager. A graduate of Hebrew University with a degree in accounting he is a CPA with a certification from the Israeli Public Accounting Board.
he served as CFOof Koor Ltd, where he was responsible for the growth and management of Koor to the largest industrial company in Israeli. Koor was ranked as a Fortune 300 company under his tenure.
He is credited with nurturing and building the company managing all worldwide investments, financial transactions, company tax related matters. .
In 1988 he established the ‘Karden Group which is today valued at $300m where he Partnered with Joseph a Rubenstein on many projects. Since 1992 he is the CEOand owner of Sabrilion Ltd and has served on 30 different company boards, 10 of which were public companies, in Israel or in the United States.
Managing Director Marketing
Mike has over 25 years in the IT industry. Since 1995 he has served as a senior marketing executive for a number of IT companies including RND Networks, Radware, Indian River State College, Crescendo Networks and EasyRun. He has been instrumental in developing companies from initial startup through successful IPO. Mike has a Masters degree in Psychology and a degree in computer programming.
Benny has over 20 years experience in software development, pre- sales and customer support, specializing in the areas of data communications and networked applications. Prior to joining EasyRun he served as basic software department manager at Systematics Ltd. where he was responsible for system engineering and basic software communications for medium and large systems. Mr. Abramovitz received a BSc in Mathematics & Computers science from Ben-Gurion University.
Executive Vice President Research & Development
Yariv has over 14 years of experience in software development with over 8 years managing software teams. He joined EasyRun in 1997 as a system programmer. Since that time he has worked extensively with telephony communication technologies and has become expert in the contact center solution arena. In 2011 Yariv was promoted to VP of EasyRun Research and Development. Prior to joining EasyRun he served as a mechanical engineer at L.I.A. Ltd. a company that provides power control solutions. He received a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
