Shannon Tracy brings extensive financial experience to her work as VP of Finance. She oversees all aspects of accounting, finance and operational planning. A skilled operational leader, her deep knowledge of the food and restaurant industry allows her to create actionable results quickly. In a short period of time, she has led the rollout of new financial tools and programs that have benefitted all areas of financial management and helped with company-wide cost reductions. Perri Kramer’s background is in business management with special expertise in brand strategy and product development. Doug Hunter develops, implements, and assesses training regimens for all organizational levels in his role as Director of Technology and Training.
