With a core focus on Asia, HUMAN Brands Inc. locates beverage demand gaps and fills those gaps with emerging brands.
HUMAN’s goal is to retain a piece of every brand through licensing, distribution, private label, or outright ownership. The Company’s brands have a uniqueness that attracts people to buy the first time, and a quality to keep them coming back.
HUMAN takes 15% – 50% margin on the products it licenses and distributes. A majority of the risk falls on the brand owner.
By licensing and distributing emerging brands HUMAN has the ability to see a product’s potential real-time. Any product that shows market traction and potential HUMAN looks to acquire an equity interest in the product.
HUMAN also focuses on Private Labeling. HUMAN owns a majority interest in products it private labels.
HUMAN has set up or is in the process of setting up distribution in Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Mexico, U.K., Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Canada, and the United States.
The Company is built around a three-year study HUMAN management did in Asia. The study focused on locating beverage market opportunities arising from emerging Asian economies. Due to a growing middle/upper class there has been growing demand for premium, imported beverage products. HUMAN focuses on that target market with products that fill that demand.
HUMAN management has 20+ years of on-the-ground experience in the Asia Food & Beverage Industry. As a beverage development company for the past five years HUMAN has developed relationships with distributors throughout Asia and brand owners from around the world. HUMAN’s model brings the two together.
HUMAN Brands was founded in July, 2014 and started operations in August. With limited capital the Company has seen consistent growth month over month. In an effort to capitalize on the momentum the Company is doing a public listing in Q1, 2015. HUMAN currently has a limited private placement offering available where pre-IPO stock is deeply discounted.
Premium vodka produced in America with American ingredients.
Made in America. A 94 point rated vodka that is distilled five times and filtered five times. Anestasia Vodka is the essence of two all-natural, all-American ingredients. First is the sweet corn sourced from northwestern farms, and second is the exceptionally pure water of the Cascade Mountains. The waters of this range flow through riverbeds of lava rock, and thereby avoid picking the sediment—metallic salts such as magnesium and calcium—present in most water sources. Anestasia’s waters contain 90% less of these compounds than your average drinking water. The unique bottle design has won a number of industry and design awards.
