Jon Startz, the founder of the Company, is an entrepreneur deeply rooted in the food service and food distribution industry in which he has started and sold various companies. While his primary role in these businesses centered on product design, development, sales and marketing, Jon has also been involved in overseeing production, warehousing and distribution. Over a 30 year period, he has gained a broad knowledge of the food processing industry including federal and state regulations which govern the business in which the Company is engaged.
