I was born in Cholateca, Honduras. Cholateca is a small community town full of villages near the Pacific ocean. I grew up in a family of six brothers and sisters and I am the second oldest. My father drove a school bus for a living and my Mom took care of the house and the animals on our small farm. She made cheese and sold it to our neighbors in the community.
I emigrated to the United States in 2014 with my two daughters seeking a better life. As a single mother I was looking for better opportunities to support my girls.
