An energy integration firm that develops stand-alone microgrids on a proprietary cloud-based technology platform. Our solutions are specialized environments to protect critical infrastructure against power losses from rising threats of terror.
The Department of Homeland Security describes our nation’s critical infrastructure as providing the essential services that underpin American society and serve as the backbone of our nation’s economy, security, and health. We know it as the power we use in our homes, the water we drink, the transportation that moves us, the stores we shop in, and the communication systems we rely on to stay in touch with friends and family.
Acadia Energy Corporation is a Smart Energy Integration™ company that specializes in the design, development and ongoing operations of customized, secure microgrid energy solutions.
Events over the recent weeks and months have made it glaringly obvious that our nation needs to make large strides to protect our critical infrastructure and by extension, our economy from terroristic threats. CNN, in a poll conducted on 6/13/16 states “71% of polled Americans believe that an imminent terror attack on US soil is ‘very’ or ‘somewhat’ likely over the next several weeks”.
Our solutions provide additional benefits to our clients such as Energy Surety, Savings & Budget Stability, and Energy Diversification. Our core management team has decades of experience providing mission critical solutions to government, police, fire and federal authorities and we plan to use that expertise to take our energy solutions to a new level of capability with our proprietary InSite™ platform under development. InSite is patentable, intellectual property of Acadia.
Microgrids are a key component to the sustainability and modernization of our nation’s energy infrastructure. They provide resiliency, redundancy, surety and security against severe weather events and cyber and physical terror attacks. Acadia will manage these microgrid energy systems through our patentable, cloud-based, InSite operating platform. The systems we deploy include a mix of both renewable and non-renewable energy resources, which we develop into a complex business solution to include complete legal support, financing and incentive packages.
