We help add much needed affordable housing to the Benning Road Corridor. Our first project consists of a Mixed Use 674 Residential Development project called The New Columbia Towne Center. This project will be valued at $380,000,000 once developed while costing $220,000,000 to build, resulting in a profit of $160,000,000 in 3 years.

We are seeking $25,000,000 in exchange for 50% of this development and its projected profits.
