el Casa Management (eCM) is creating an app to help home service providers be leaders in managing their day to day operations. eCM was designed to improve the overall home service experience for service providers and customers. eCM combines customer management with scheduling, consistent job estimating, job transparency for customers, job notification for customers and service provider management, constant feedback from customers, knowledgeable insights on their potential customers, and payment capture. eCM plans to utilize the data captured to save the service providers money, spare their time, and bring superior quality to their customers.

el Casa is customized software tailored to the companies that offer home improvement services from the maids to the plumbers to the landscaping companies. Think of this software as the SAP software for this industry; however, this software will be set up as a software as a service offering. The core functionality revolves around the following: profile management. service management, service request management (scheduling), account management, customer management, invoice/quote management, it will take payments, and will provide alerts to help communication. This software has been planned to be the end-to-end solution. Many service providers use multiple systems to manage customers, scheduling, invoices, and managing personnel. el Casa will manage all of these in one system. Initially the goal is to bring service providers on to a software network; however, the end goal will be to create a platform where service providers are gaining new customers through el Casa.

Kendrick McCleskey brings with him significant business acumen and expertise in the information technology industry. Mr. McCleskey holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Technology Management from University of Phoenix, and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance from University of Houston. He is highly skilled in IT Management, Application Architecture, Application Development, SOA – Architecture, Technical Architecture, Web Services, Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, Data Marts, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing. Through his years in the IT industry, he has developed an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry and its market dynamics. Currently, Mr. McCleskey is a Director for one of the big four, having previously been a Senior Manager at Accenture. Mr. McCleskey sits on 3 non-profit boards where he has been able to gain experience in business strategy and leadership.

Stela McCleskey brings with her a skill of selling. Ms. McCleskey holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration on marketing and sales. Stela was honored to go through the top sales program in the country called Professional Excellence in Selling that is offered by the University of Houston. This program teaches techniques and skills and brings real world challenges to the classroom. Each student who finishes this program by completing the Advanced Professional Selling and Key Account Selling has a launching pad for them to be successful. Ms McCleskey also has also gained some significant skills in social media marketing. Stela has been in the service business over ten years and brings a wealth of knowledge on customer service.
