Help fund a unique company in their latest production. Each penny goes directly into the show: a fast, funny, tale fuelled by young talent..
We’re a registered charity dedicated to providing people aged between 16 and 21 with the chance to put on a show – all for free.
Every single role is filled out by someone within this age range – including the more demanding positions such as Director and Producer!
The charity was established in 2004 and has been steadily growing since, with branches opening in Hampshire, Bristol, and Oxford.

What’s the show this year?
The hilarious (yet moving) story of Thoroughly Modern Millie. Written by Dick Scanlan & Richard Morris, with music by Jeanine Tesori: we follow a young girl who moves to New York in order to fulfil her modern dreams, only to find that things don’t quite go to plan…
When is it?
The show will run from 24th to 27th August at the Pegasus Theatre in Oxford
RicNic does not receive any funding from the Arts Council; it also has no participation fees meaning that we rely heavily on donations for support. Your donation goes directly into the budget of the current show, and will most likely help to fund succeeding shows.
