This suggestion are shared to that posters peer base first. If others have faced similar issues, believe in the idea, or disagree, they can vote it up or down. Once the suggestions hits a critical mass, it pings the relevant manager to let them take action.
The manager can simply reply to the suggestion, or champion it up through the organization. Quickly the best ideas will filter through the noise and make their way to up the Executive Staff Dashboard.
