After 3 years as the President/CEO of his small toy manufacturing company, Jouets des Montagnes (Toys of the Mountains), at the age of 28 moved on to be founding President/CEO of PrintWest Corporation, a national print publishing company based in Denver, CO. After 15 years, Randall became founding President/CEO at McKay Overlook, a residential real estate project in the north Denver metro area. Following its completion in 2008, Randall founded MariahCorp LLC, with its various commercial real estate projects. While at MariahCorp, Randall commissioned the BicksBurg Square / Barnett Parke project, to be the largest self-sustained urban community in the United States so far. Over 8 years of research and planning have yielded far greater results than could have been imagined. Among the notable products of this project are a Synthetic Water for use in outdoor water features.
Scott has been in operations management for 30 years, having co-founded his first company at the age of 19.
