ACP Investment Fund II
ACP is targeting a new $26 million investment fund (“ACP Investment Fund II” or “Fund II”) from a select group of limited partners in order to build upon its successful investment philosophy and model. Fund II will have a 10-year life with a first close occurring at $10 million of commitments or greater. Fund II’s minimum investment is $500,000 with additional rights and financial incentives for Limited Partners committing $2.5 million or greater. ACP, as General Partner, will be investing directly into the fund as well as co-investing in each investment made by the fund. Fund II will seek to invest in growth companies with a general focus, but calling upon our operating experience & expertise we will seek out technology, telecom, SaaS, and mobile businesses. ACP will actively work with all of its investments, strategically positioning each business to accelerate success.
