Web Service Software
We redefine paperless for the mid-market. With more than 225% annual growth in trailing 12-month license revenue, we offer innovative, highly-intuitive enterprise content management solutions embedded in familiar business applications, including Outlook.
Our solutions significantly reduce the 25 hours that the average business user wastes dealing with information in “unstructured” formats such as paper and email. We currently focus on promoting our enterprise-class scanning, optical character recognition (OCR), and electronic workflow solutions to the 120,000 mid-market manufacturers, distributors, and service providers that operate their businesses on the most widely distributed Microsoft enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms—Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics AX—and the most widely-used business communications tool—Microsoft Outlook.
Our patent-pending solutions automate complex document processes and provide real-time, role-specific views of documents and emails all of which we have contextually-embedded inside of applications that businesses already use every day. We enable fewer people to process more transactions more quickly with fewer errors in complex, document-intensive areas related to finance, accounting, manufacturing, and distribution. We accomplish this with innovative methodologies and familiar, intuitive interfaces that (1) broaden, deepen, and accelerate document visibility throughout an organization, (2) increase the security, control, and auditability of its document-centric processes, and (3) maximize its document-centric productivity by reducing the time required to find every document and email related to a transaction.
Our team possesses more than five decades of collective experience developing, supporting, and implementing ECM solutions for mission critical business applications.
Products / Services
Datahaven is comprised of a unique set of sophisticated, deeply-embedded software components that capture documents and email, extract data, name, file, store, route, distribute, and automatically display this “unstructured” content in the complete context of any of its related business transactions. The intuitive, real-time, visual integrations between our advanced ECM components and our customers’ mission-critical business applications automate every step of a document-related process and provide. Unlike any other solution on the market, Datahaven provides each user with their own programmatically-filtered, context-sensitive folder structure that displays exactly the right subset of documents and emails—and their relationship to each other—so they can more quickly perform tasks related to particular vendors, customers, transactions, or individual items.
