AI to replace and augment customer service reps.
Have you ever been frustrated while trying to talk to a customer service rep? Of course. US companies spend $32B/year on hiring and training an army of customer service reps, and yet you’re still 62nd in line whenever you try to contact support. The mission of Eloquent Labs is to fix this.
Building on the founders’ research and experience as graduates of the Stanford Natural Language Processing group, we combine artificial intelligence and a dynamic crowdsourced workforce to produce state-of-the-art conversational bots that are indistinguishable from human representatives when performing key customer support tasks. These bots can then deal with the majority of tedious, repetitive problems with customers (with super-human patience), are able to talk the instant you reach out (no more waiting on hold), and make the customer service reps’ jobs less about busywork and more about helping customers. This saves companies enormous amounts of money, and makes everyone happier.
