First Wearable (FW) originated in 2014 when a group of experienced engineers in research, design, and development joined together with a philosophy to use design-thinking to inspire, innovate and create products to improve the quality of people’s lives.
We are an innovation and development company that intends to design, patent and market technologically advanced health care monitoring products.
In the short period since First Wearable inception, seven patents have been filed and three devices have been designed. These devices have attracted the interest of the market leaders in their respective categories.

Mr. Nguyen is an entrepreneur and innovator with a focus on loyalty based teamwork. He has worked in numerous capacities and is a proven leader in building and managing engineering teams.
Previously, as COO of a private company, he turned the company around to positive cash flow
leading to a capital investment from GoldmanSachs of $100M. He continued to lead the company to
growth and a successful acquisition of over $250M. He has procured contracts ranging from $500k to $64M. As CEO, Mr. Nguyen has the goal to build Perfect Squares into a market leader of life improving innovation. He is also the founder of Transpacific Enterprises Group a multinational corporation and several high technology companies. Mr. Nguyen has served in executive positions for Exor-R&D, All Technologies, PFO Global, MINT, and also holds more than twenty technology patents. Mr. Nguyen received Engineering degrees at University Cincinnati-OH. His wife daughter daughter live in North Texas.
Mr. Cholayil has developed and produced more than 15 fiber optic and cooper handheld test
instruments. In addition, he started and managed R&D center in India. Mr. Cholayil has also
founded a rapidly growing mobile technology startup, and through strategic partnerships started a
programming training center in India. Samara’s wife and two sons live in North Texas.
Mr. Cullather has worked in numerous capacities of sales, marketing, and business development including Director of Sales and Marketing at Bausch+Lomb for twelve years. At B&L, Brian attained and exceeded annual sales forecasts of over $75M, consistently meeting budgets.
As VP of Sales & Marketing for Essilor, he developed the NikonEyes™ brand, marketing plan, and business strategy for the new Avisia lab in Carrollton, Texas.
As Director of Network Development for United Healthcare, Brian negotiated rate reductions leading
to over $7.3M in savings.
Brian earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, and his MBA in Marketing
from the University of Notre Dam’s Mendoza College of Business.
Mr. Patnaik has more than a decade of experience building technology intensive products in various domains. He has strong project execution skills with extensive experience in working with global teams. He has extensive experience developing enterprises systems, embedded systems and he has focused on new technology products. Mr. Patnaik, in his current role at Perfect Squares, is on the mission of expanding passionate engineering team in India and working on building innovative products. Mr. Patnaik held Professional and executive positions for Hexaware and Textron.
