Introducing LD Holdings, Inc.
An early stage public company focused on the acquisition and management of smaller businesses ($2-$20M) owned by Baby Boomers who do not have a succession plan or exit strategy.
There are $15 Trillion of smaller businesses owned by Baby Boomers who do not have an Exit Strategy that will need to exchange hands over the next 10 years. The current financing landscape – or lack thereof – creates a significant opportunity for LD Holdings to acquire and manage these businesses over the long term. We are looking for established businesses with a strong history of performance and profitability and a passion for their customers. We are currently in due diligence with 3 such companies and are managing a pipeline of 8 acquisition prospects which we are looking to close in 2016 and beyond. Additionally, we are in early stage discussions with our next vertical with early potential of up to 25 acquisitions in this pool.
LD Holdings is looking to deliver “Venture Capital level returns without the Venture Capital level risk”.
Please connect with us to learn more about our strategy as we are very focused and committed to delivering strong levels of success for all your LD Holdings investments.

Historically Business sellers didn’t want to provide financing to the Prospective Buyer. Unfortunately today these types of transactions are normally too large for most individuals, too risky for highly regulated banks, and too small for most institutional type investors. Our business model seeks to capitalize on this massive transfer of generational assets, as the Boomers transition from ownership of small businesses into retirement having to accept values below their true market value just to get the business sold. LD Holdings is focusing on companies of $20 million in revenue or less.
