Proof- Oakland’s Bottle Shop
My name is Jessica Moncada, I’m San Fransisco born and Oakland raised. I fell in love with the culinary world ten years and have been searching for my place within ever since. I come from an entrepreneurial family and am eager to follow in their foot steps, make roots, and help shape the future of Oakland. I’m interested in creating a space in which I can show my creativity, business acumen, and influence more women owned businesses. The concept of Proof- Oakland’s bottle shop, brings together all of these ideas and I can’t wait to share it.
