A Film and Theatre project Manchester, United Kingdom
Help us make Fissure: A dark and tense little story exploring the loss of a child, addiction, bereavement and inter-dimensional travel.
Ten years after her daughter went missing Kate, a bereaved mother destroyed by guilt and drugs finally seems to have her life back on track. That is until she begins to suffer from flashbacks which unlike the self loathing nightmares of her past point towards the possibility that her daughter is still alive, trapped on another plain of existence where dark forces rule.
Why support Fissure?
A hugely talented team has come together to create something they believe in. The only problem is that with all the best will in the world, equipment doesn’t come cheap what with rental fees, insurance, both for gear and for everyone involved so everything must be done right, and that costs money. If we know one thing about the arts, there’s not a lot of that stuff going round.
What we need money for:
Even by pledging a small amount it goes towards creating a wonderful work of art that not only the cast and crew can be proud of, but you can too.
