ELM CNG was established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling DOT approved Type IV composite pressure vessels in ISO containers for bulk mobile gas delivery sometimes called mobile pipeline.

ELM CNG will manufacture pressure vessels complying with a Special Permit to ISO 11119-3 using a patented liner wrapped with carbon fiber. These pressure vessels once DOT certified will be put inside ISO containers that will vary from 10’ to 53’ depending on the customer’s request. Gas volumes for these containers will range from 200 to 5000 gasoline gallon equivalents at 4000 psi. These containers will be DOT, ISO, and ABS certified which will allow them to be carried in any transport fashion.

We will manufacture the pressure vessels in Huntsville, AL due to the areas vast labor pool of expertise in this area, but will leave the option for final ISO container assembly to multiple location possibilities for logistics and competitive advantage in final fit-up.

Our patented Fieldsight controller is integrated into each system. Fieldsight will monitor the container for temperature, pressure, location, valve positions, accelerometers for crash investigation, and cameras.

Our product differentiation and market timing are culminating into a perfect market of opportunity. With a 48% volume capacity over the largest competitor and a price point of 25% less, we will take the market by storm. Current EPA Ozone and CO2 reduction plans will only be met by changing to alternative fuels. In September of 2015, fleet owners sent a letter to the Obama administration in support of the reduction and have committed to natural gas in fleets across the USA. Fleet fuels represent 90% of all diesel and gasoline sold in the USA (19.11 million barrels/day, USEIA).
Natural Gas represents a 25% savings in fuel even at $2.25 diesel at the pump. Industrial customers also can take advantage of CNG to reduce emission and lower energy cost through delivered CNG. MicroGrid or standalone off grid power utilizing CNG, wind, and solar lowers energy cost and has the ability to stabilize the electric utility grid.
