About Crowd for Angels
At Crowd for Angels, our goal is to bring innovative and appealing products and provide funding for companies through their growth cycle. We support public and private UK companies through all stages from seed to pre-ipo and when listed. We do this through equity funding under SEIS, EIS and debt funding through our convertible loans, loan with warrants and loans.
Tony is the founder of Crowd for Angels. He is a director of several companies in the finance and the social media space. Tony is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, an Associate Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and holds an MBA from the University of Westminster.
Danesh graduated from Delhi University in 1969 with a degree in Commerce. He is a Chartered
Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and
Wales (Fellow); Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda; Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India; Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants; and the Chartered
Institute of Taxation in England. He has gained his experiences in the financing and banking sectors in which he has been involved for the past
twenty five years.
Richard has almost a decade’s experience in the City, mainly focused on analysing small cap
companies. He was a Director of Burnbrae Media and is the cofounder and Director at equity
research firm Align Research. Richard achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification in 2012.
Andrew was part of the founding team at Crowd for Angels. He previously worked at NinetyTen, a web application developer and provider of private social networks as the Chief Marketing Officer. He was responsible for digital strategy and marketing including emarketing and social media for the brand.
Andrew holds a degree in International Business from the University of Westminster, London.
Kenrick was part of the founding team at Crowd for Angels. He holds a BA Honours degree in Business Management and Finance from the University of Westminster. He was previously employed at E.C Capital where he was the assistant accountant and helped to review investments. He was previously an
intern at Ninetyten Limited where he helped to prepare the accounts.
Oliver is Chairman of Oliver Rothschild Corporate Advisors and holds non-executive director positions in various companies in the UK and
Europe and sits on the advisory board of the Innovation Warehouse in London’s Tech City
John is the Commercial Director of a UK National Centre for commercialising new technologies based at Imperial College London. For several years John ran the UK’s ‘Emerging Technologies and Industries’ programme and was tasked with taking new, disruptive technologies and promoting them to Government for supporting the industries of
John owns Innovation Foundry Ltd.
Jon is a director of Corporate Broking at Keith Bailey Rogers.
He has a deep knowledge of the small cap sector and its funding challenges. Jon has advised on public and private transactions, including Pre-IPO,fund raisings, IPOs, Secondary
capital raisings, issue of convertible loans, EIS fundings and M&A advice.
Jon completed his MBA in 1992 with a dissertation on Filling the Equity Gap
