As a former NASA Engineer, Mr. Crockett is familiar with finding solutions to complex problems where mistakes mean loss of mission, or loss of life. With 15 years of experience in project management of large-scale, mission critical systems, Mr. Crockett brings clarity to multifaceted operational environments.
In 2012, Mr. Crockett joined a team of NASA engineers and subject matter experts from the Oil & Gas industry to form a company to expedite the transfer of aerospace operational expertise to the O&G drilling community. This company, Genesis RTS, is working with the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) to define what safe drilling operations look like in the post-Macondo world, and advises clients on how to meet BSEE regulations as they are defined for the industry.
Mr. Hargrave has experience in Sales, Management and Operations. As a strategic accounts manager for CDW in the early 2000’s, Mr. Hargrave worked extensively with several large profile customers such as Facebook, Symantec, Intel and others to develop solutions to technological management that greatly affected the bottom line. During is 10 years at CDW, he quickly rose to be the most successful and profitable associate in the company during his tenure and managed a book of business in excess of $25M per year.
Upon his exit from CDW in 2008, Mr. Hargrave has continually striven to find simple solutions to complex problems. His most recent experience has been with a small innovations company based in Puerto Rico. During his 3 years with this company, Mr. Hargrave has been responsible for the management of contract manufacturing, logistics, sales, marketing, pricing and product development.
