John has held leadership roles in three previous startups that have achieved IPOs (Digidesign, MacroMedia, and RealNetworks). Most recently, John helped launch Getaround, the pioneering peer-to-peer car sharing startup. Early in his career, John was Founder/CEO of MusicNet, the first interactive music service. Long involved in sustainability, John has also served as board chair of Sightline Institute, a leading sustainability think-tank.

Steve has long been involved in both startups and sustainability. Steve served on the early team of what became Zipcar, spearheaded carbon trading with EcoSecurities, and most recently served as Director of Business Development at Getaround, the pioneering peer-to-peer car sharing startup. Steve has also been involved in a wide range of environmental organizations, including the Portland Sustainability Institute and 1000 Friends of Oregon.

Her past lives have included senior positions with innovative ventures including TiVo, Ads.com, Novint, and Inscape, a joint venture with HBO and Warner Music Group. She is a passionate believer in using the power of business for good and is a successful builder of companies, brands, products, and great user experiences.
