My name is Charles (Anthony) Brocato. I am a US Marine Corp Veteran and served in Desert Storm/Desert Shield. I am a healthcare executive for UMC Physicians in Lubbock, Texas, and I am also involved in many community organizations. Since 2011, Crazy Hoe Farms has been providing ‘Vegetables Grown with Love’. We grow produce for local restaurants, seasonal farmers markets, and our CSA program. My wife, Amanda, runs the day to day operations of the farm. Our mission is to provide our community with quality, locally grown produce. We feed families. And in the process, Amanda and I reap the benefits of the farming lifestyle. I have seen firsthand the integral role farming plays in helping me deal with PTSD.. It is a place where I unplugs from the world and get back to the basics. In addition to feeding people, we also have a passion for educating and mentoring people, whether it be in agriculture, business, community, or fellowship. We recently purchjased seventeen acres in which to expand our operation. The purpose of this loan is to help fund the expansion.
