We specialize in vacation rental cleanings/turnovers, move-in and move-out, commercial office spaces, and post-construction and post-renovation cleanups. We service B2B clients and work primarily with business owners –vacation rental owners, real estate agents and brokers, property managers, builders and development companies, and also work with private office spaces, and non-profits. One of our future goals is to add an Interior Design package where we’ll connect NYC artists to bring their talents to each home and or business. This in turn will offer support and work for our struggling, gifted artists, as their art reflects their interpretations of the current conditions of society and is meant to be shared with the world.
This business began in 2014 as a means to support our family in improving our lives, and in creating a positive impact on the lives of others in our community. NYClean partners with an English teaching startup to offer free English classes to vendors looking to improve their English communication skills. I feel that in order for one to do their job to their best abilities, is to feel confident and in high-esteem with themselves. As an immigrant myself, I strongly empathize with the struggles of living in a country where it isn’t your native home and I strive to keep myself going and to also bring others around me up to reach and recognize their potential.
What is the purpose of this loan?
The loan will fund our growth, working capital and inventory in order for us to take on more jobs in the industry that require quality specialty equipment. Each purchase will be an investment to enhance efficiency in our work, quality of service, brand awareness and an increase in revenue and profits.
This includes obtaining the necessary liability insurance, filing my business publication, procuring specialty equipment such as an air cleaning machine, acquiring a decent work van, outsourcing marketing optimization and securing specialty software for streamlining business operations.
