Shahla is a 33-year-old, married woman from a small village near Jenin City. She lives with her family in a small old house. Shahla has a farming land in the village for the cultivation of vegetables. It is a good business and provides her a good income. All her family depends on this land as a source of income, but this income is always seasonal. Shahla could not save cash from last season.
She took a USD loan from Palestine for Credit & Development. This loan will help her to buy some seedlings and pesticides for her farming land, as this is the season. She hopes that this new beginning will enable her to increase her sales, customers and eventually save enough income to cover school fees for his children.
