Lego for software
Hyper lets anyone make lightweight collaborative apps (no programming needed), capture and organize information (no database skills needed), and instantly publish to the web (no more time spent making websites) – all at once, through a super intuitive interface.
Within a few years of the introduction of the App Store, we went from ~100K to 4M apps. The driving forces were apps suddenly always being with us on our phones, and their creation becoming accessible to small developers. But how are we going to get to 10M apps and more? Compared to the evolution of the web, we’re not even halfway through the democratization of app making. That’s where the next big opportunity lies.
Apps need to become very lightweight and easy to make for average people, as simple as creating a blog. This will enable solving millions of unique problems individuals, groups, and businesses have, for which no developer will spend time making, let alone maintaining, a bespoke app.
Hyper solves all this.
