A new clothing line based in Australia looking for crowdfunding to start printing our unique designs based on comic/pop culture art.
Gaia Clothing is an incentive created by my friend, Eden Bishop, and myself to bring our love of comic and pop art culture into the clothing world. With an eager spirit and two heads full of ideas, we have teamed up with some great designers and artists to bring those ideas to life on what we think are some really unique and quality apparel. We have been working on a couple of designs for our winter collection, and brainstorming/starting up ideas for our Spring ‘Love’ Collection, which is aiming to be ready by September 2016.
Our biggest challenge at the moment is money.
We are now reaching out to all those out there who would like to help us start up our business, as well as possibly secure a pre-order for either of the first two designs set to be pressed and sold from July 2016. All our designs are in the finishing stages of being designed and we are ready to screen print the shirts for mass distribution and sales. This eliminates the risk of printing too little or too many shirts, as we have a solid pledge from pre-orders of who is willing to invest in our product(s).
Once the startup project is successful, the next hurdle for us will be putting money back into business to keep buying wholesale shirts and pressing on a regular cycle to keep our threads in stock. What the startup is doing is again, giving us a decisive number of how many people are willing to buy our shirts, as well just helping us get our name and product out there. This also gives us the time to save more money to invest in our own business as well as look into a more detailed financial analysis on how we can make a profit and keep our stock high and always ready to order.
