Paula is a serial and serious entrepreneur. Her first joint venture IDCS – launched in 1989 with her partner and husband Eric, a technology company that served the country’s largest financial firms. The company revenues rose upwards of $15MM and the company employed 100’s of people. In 2011, Paula and Eric entered industrial food manufacturing – after a highly successful marketing launch of Crepini® – a branded product and the first of its kind. The duo felt the American market would enjoy crepes as much as Europeans have for thousands of years.
Eric Shkolnik, President – CFO and Co-Founder
Eric has 25 years of experience in business and entrepreneurship. Eric began a career in business marketing and credit risk management systems at JP Morgan Chase. After three years in the corporate world, Eric ventured out and co-founded IDCS, a technology company that served one of the country’s largest financial firms. In 2002, McGraw-Hill published Eric’s book – When Buy Means Sell. It was recognized by Barron’s as one of the top 10 investment books of 2002.
