Dutch ECM Activity in 2016 YTD Highest Since 2005 In 2016 so far, Dutch issuers have raised a total of $7.3bn via 14 transactions, the highest activity for the Netherlands since the same period in 2005 (17 deals raising $7.5bn). Dutch ECM in 2016 YTD accounts for 10% of total EMEA ECM volume ($72.7bn), the highest YTD share since 1995 (11%). NN Group’s $1.6bn accelerated offering, which priced on April 14, is the largest Dutch deal so far this year, and also the largest EMEA accelerated offering in 2016
