Our mission is to provide accessible and attainable business ownership to women who are looking to be part of a group of like-minded women that mentor and support each other. Company Overview
The Company, Grace&Heart, was formed in March of 2015. Grace&Heart is the marriage of two proven, time tested concepts. The first, women love jewelry. And again through our research we found that there is a gap in the market place. This gap is “real jewelry”, meaning “not fashion” and “not fine”, at a democratic price point. We define real from a materials standpoint or the use of mostly sterling silver and semi precious stones. The second proven concept is direct selling. Direct Selling is a $34.5B business in the US with over 18M Americans participating. (This will be discussed further in the Market Overview section.) It is a very successful approach to selling products like the jewelry that benefit from a one on one, hands on approach.

Suzanne GarrettSuzanne Garrett has lead the effort through market validation and proof of concept. She has assembled the team needed to grow the company through it’s market validation to proof of concept phase. Suzanne has extensive leadership experience in running start-up businesses and in managing mature businesses to include areas of sales, marketing and operations. Suzanne has lead large teams of people including executive managers. Suzanne is also experienced in mergers and acquisitions. She has lead the efforts to identify new acquisition targets, the due diligence process and the integration of separate companies into a larger entity.
Mentoring and leadership are really Suzanne’s passion. To this end she has consulted with high growth companies in developing and coaching high potential leaders in Vice President roles and above. The combination of corporate management and proven ability to attract, mentor and retain good people poise Suzanne to successfully lead Grace & Heart.
