Glenn took his first entrepreneurship set in 2005 where he founded Dotbox.Learning, a service-learning training firm, training students the importance of community service. After turning 18, he met Eddie Chua and Jensen Siaw, both his Republic Polytechnic Facilitator. Through apprenticeship, he learn the rope of event and finally registered his dream company, Dotbox Pte Ltd. Together with his business partner, Glenn scaled his business first peak when he managed more than 100 over events in his first years of business and with a turnover more than 100,000 SGD. Glenn managed events such as AC Nielsen, Sony, Courts, Nike, and many more. During the US Economy Crisis 2008, where many graduates struggle to get employment, Glenns success attracted interest from media and was feature on The Business Times, Citibank Youth Entrepreneur Segment. Due to national service commitment, Glenn exited the business partnership through a striking off the company and liquidating. During his national service, in 2008, at the age of 20, during the process, he continued to be develop his other aspect of events Emcee / Showhost. After national service, Peter Tan Shu Yi, a renowned insurance tycoon, discovered Glenn talent during a merger and acquisition (M&A) meeting, where Glenn spent 6 months under his belt helping him in Holdings. Glenn manage to went onto international platform doing scrap commodity trading, where he created his green company, Green Revolution Asia Group Pte Ltd. Through Green Revolution Asia Group Pte Ltd, he made it his milestone by entering into a joint venture into PET manufacturing in Thailand. It was also this opportunity that allows him to face challenge of capital, through tenacity and determination, he managed to funds raise more than Five Hundred Thousands SGD from the market through private equity. This also gave birth to his private equity company, Investlink Asia Pte Ltd.
