Three $1bn+ IPOs from EMEA Issuers Expected in June 2016
As of June 2, 2016, three $1bn+ IPOs by EMEA issuers are being marketed, with two of these deals expected to price on June 9. The $2.5bn privatization of Danish energy distributor Dong Energy is the largest, followed by the Dutch state’s sell-down of a 35% stake in insurer ASR Nederland, expected to raise $1.1bn
