New Vectors Aviation, Inc. (New Vectors) is a 135 charter company based in Southern California. New Vectors has developed a hybrid model of the fractional program which will provide its customers with retail & wholesale charter services, fractional jet ownership sales, aircraft management, and concierge services. The current depressed market for used aircraft will dramatically lower the up front cost as well as using the charter revenue to offset the costs will make ownership more cost effective and productive. Currently, New Vectors has an existing base of 1,200 retail clients supporting the charter operations and is currently working with several clients to place two Citation II aircraft into operations using the hybrid model that we devolped. The management team has been involved in the purchase and resale of over 500 aircraft over the past 25 years.

Mr. Brian Kendrick started his aviation career in 1984 after a short stint with Burroughs as a computer programmer. Developed one of the industries first systems for tracking owners of aircraft throughout the world. Managed all aspects from the inspection and purchase of aircraft to delivery. Mr. Kendrick has been involved in the start up of charter companies and running operations with established fleets.
Mr. Thomas Bressan will bring his extensive financial experience to the company along with a long history of aircraft management. Mr. Bressan’s experience includes 14 years of M&A experience as Managing Director for a private equity group. Extensive experience in the operational and financial management of a portfolio of diverse businesses. Over 15 years of Corporate Finance experience with three major financial institutions.
Captain Michael Duringer founder and co-owner of New Vectors. Captain Duringer recently retired from American Airlines as a Boeing 777 International Captain with over 20,000 hours of accident free flying. Captain Duringer is responsible for all of our pilots and is solely responsible for our interaction with the FAA’s Principal Operations Inspectors.
Captain Marvin Alexander will employ his vast experience in the management and operation of aircraft to serve as Director of Operations. With over 10,000 hours and type ratings in eight different jet aircraft that range from small to large cabin aircraft he will be well suited to operate New Vectors aircraft and identify and deal with issues relating to aircraft operation.
