We are a “brewery in planning” located in NJ. Using only100% organic, naturally gluten free, non-GMO ingredients, we have developed a line of beers that are indistinguishable from traditional malt beers, with the added advantages of being gluten free and even Kosher for Passover. Our process is Patent Pending in the US, European Union, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Russia, Japan, South Africa, Australia/New Zealand, and Israel. If all goes smoothly, we hope to be in commercial production by the 3rd quarter of 2014.
We are a member of the Brewers Association and approach beer brewing in accordance with their principles and guidelines.
