Shabana Kousar is a 36-year-old independent lady. She lives in her own house with 6 children and her husband. She belongs to a poor family and her husband is a labourer by profession. She runs a small cloth shop in her community where she sells ladies suits and baby garments etc.
She has requested a loan of 35,000 PKR from Kiva’s field partner JWS. This loan enables her to purchase a variety of cloths for the summer season. She hopes to increase the cloth variety in her shop with the profit amount.
