We have a proven product range and a cost-effective and scalable means of customer acquisition. Our core UK revenue model is simple. We advertise on Kids TV channels and drive directly to our own website, or Amazon. This is a data driven customer acquisition model with over 5 years of analysis and data upon which we have based our plan. In short, there is a direct correlation between the weights of TV advertising and the unit sales delivered.
To augment the TV message, and to target purchasers, we use digital media.
Additional revenue will be driven from selected retail distribution, and further international expansion will follow with the model being replicated.
We plan to exit at the end of year 5 via a sale where our model demonstrates revenue of £3.2m and net profit of £637k, delivering a possible ROI of between 3 and 6 times.
Targets for a sale include luggage and travel goods businesses Samsonite, Trunki ,Tripp, kids and families mid market stationery and accessories businesses Smiggle or Micro Scooters, or a children’s entertainment brand such as Disney. We have already worked with Disney in Australia in a revenue partnership deal.
