Local banks, now bought out by bigger banks, provided funding for the first 20 years. For the past 13 years, our projects have been funded by one single investor. Greetings, I am Daniel J Dandreo the third, and I am the third generation to be in the construction and real estate development business following my father and grandfather. My grandfather was a stone mason who immigrated to the United States from Italy at the age of 14 with his twelve year old sister. The Dandreo name is well known all over the North Shore and Eastern Massachusetts for construction and development. In Swampscott Mass, a street is named after my grandfather. In our immediate family alone, I have 4 brothers all with construction businesses on the North Shore as well as two sons. Trucks and equipment with the Dandreo name are all over Eastern Massachusetts. There is no more well-known or reliable name. I have been successfully developing properties, building, selling, and managing opportunistic residential and commercial real estate in the North of Boston area since 1983.
